Care Coordinator (22-007 & 22-043): Are you a case manager looking for a new opportunity? Counseling & Recovery Services of Oklahoma is looking for a great case manager to join our team! We are looking for a team player who takes initiative and is passionate about helping others. This position will provide outreach, case management, and wellness services to clients experiencing homelessness. The ideal candidate for this position would possess a high-level patience, flexibility, and a heart for the homeless. This position will be held to a productivity standard of 25 hours per week. Responsible for incorporating the agency’s Sanctuary Model principles and tools into client care. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in the field of social or human services from a recognized university. Must have or be eligible for Case Management II certification. Minimum of one-year experience working with adults in a mental health or related social service field. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Vaccinations are required and exemption forms are available upon request if available.
