Crisis Diversion Care Coordinator (21-042) The role of Crisis Diversion Care Coordinator requires a bachelor’s degree in the field of social or human services from a recognized university. Must have or be eligible for Case Management II Certification. Minimum of one year experience in a mental health field or related social service field. Possess knowledge about various mental health and substance abuse settings and ancillary services (i.e social security, housing services, advocacy organizations) Maintain a working knowledge of current trends and developments in the mental health and substance abuse and offender population fields by reading books, journals, and other materials. Must demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and must be able to keep up with multiple priorities. Must demonstrate computer proficiency.
