Data Entry Office Specialist Requisition Number: 22-012: Benefits include: 3% annual merit increase potential with up to 4% annual bonus, 4% 403B employer contribution, Medical Plans, Dental Plan, Vision Plan, Life and AD&D Plans, Disability Plans, Pet Insurance Plan, and Generous vacation and sick time. The role of Data Entry Office Specialist is to Discharge clients from the YIS systems as determined by supervisor and care coordinators, Complete all required data processing and paperwork in a timely manner to meet reporting standards, Regular and ongoing chart auditing (and re-auditing) of BOTH open and recently closed charts for record deficiencies and notification to appropriate staff of any deficiencies/corrections needed, Work closely with CRSOK Health Information Management Director or assigned medical records staff to ensure compliance with all agency policy and procedures, Gather, monitor, and track expired treatment plan reports on a weekly basis, Gather, monitor, and track ETPS reports to be submitted to Clinical Director for review, Gather, monitor, and track Engagement report for ETPS to be submitted to Clinical Director for review.    

 Office Specialist: Provide backup for the Intake and Engagement case manager for purpose of completing initial business paper work and screening of clients, Send notice of service termination letter to individuals who fail to adhere to program and treatment agreements and appointments, Responsible for stocking, organization, and inventory of office supplies for children’s department, Maintaining extra copies of wraparound and Outpatient documents in the fill box/copier, Support Core team (Health Home) and Assists with Wellness and Community Connection.

High School graduate or equivalent. Accurate typing. Two years Microsoft Office Software experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge in data entry systems and use of hardware. Health information management training and one year experience working with medical records in a mental health and/or substance abuse setting- preferred. Data entry (i.e., Systems of Care data, YIS, medical records logs, etc.) and problem-solving errors in data entry. Please submit resume and salary expectations to hr@crsok.org. (EEO)
