Integrated Care Team Manager (22-010): 7 Open Positions)  Benefits include: 3% annual merit increase potential with up to 4% annual bonus, 4% 403B employer contribution, Medical Plans, Dental Plan, Vision Plan, Life and AD&D Plans, Disability Plans, Pet Insurance Plan, and Generous vacation and sick time. The Integrated Care Team Manager (ICTM) will coordinate and oversee the care coordination activities of their designated Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) clinical core-team members. Assist in complex problem solving and the success of the CCBHC core team staff in meeting the behavioral and physical health outcomes goals. The ICTM will ensure compassionate, effective, and efficient delivery of high-quality clinical care for clients while also focused on meeting improvement goals. Will monitor client flow and ensure the quick and efficient processing of clients during huddles. Help keep team motivated and ensuring appropriate follow up is completed.

Master’s degree in a behavioral Health Field preferred, a current independent license in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or Substance Abuse Counseling; or current Oklahoma Licensed Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years’ experience in leadership and/or supervisory experience.
