IT Technician (22-044):

Serves as an intermediate level Information Technology Tech, providing desktop and system support to end users. Make ready, Installs, troubleshoots, software, and peripheral devices. Emphasis is in desktop computer and telecom systems support. Two years’ experience in a progressive helpdesk environment. Experience with working knowledge of software and systems such as Windows Server 2019 R2, Windows 10, 11, Office 365 Apple IOS, troubleshooting specialty software and hardware issues.
Telecom experience preferred. Network monitoring and troubleshooting preferred. Knowledge of cloud computing, firewall operations, cybersecurity threats and proactive in resolution of potential security concerns, e.g. suspicious emails and educating staff.
