Medication Clinic Coordinator (22-003): High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Demonstrate proficiency with computers and experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. Experience with medical office or pharmacy tech and medical knowledge preferred. Assist with the day-to-day coordination for med client care (greeting and rooming clients, control of client flow, monitor and maintain waiting areas to ensure clean and comfortable environment, etc.). Receive and process phone calls for prescribers, taking messages as needed. Collection of accurate client vital signs, weight, BMI and laboratory specimens and entry into EHR. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms on behalf of medical prescribers. Coordinate refill requests between prescribers, client, and/or pharmacy as directed by medication prescribers. Assist the Program Director in the preparation of QA/QI quarterly and annual reports and graphs (Medication clinic no show report, other reports deemed necessary by Program Director and/or Clinical Director). Practices and promotes the Sanctuary model seven commitments: nonviolence, emotional intelligence, social learning, open communication, social responsibility, democracy, and growth and change. Work hours: Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
