Medical Clinic Program Director (23-017) Under the direction of the Clinical Director, the Med Clinic Program Director will oversee all aspects of medical (typically medication management) care services provided by CRS. Using principles/practices of the Sanctuary Model, Med Clinic Program Director monitors clinical performance to ensure medical services/operations are following all applicable regulatory and licensing agencies. The Med Clinic Program Director is responsible for implementing, reviewing, and developing clinical protocols, performance objectives, productivity benchmarks, compliance measures, provider workflow planning and provider scheduling in collaboration with the Clinical Director. As a coach/mentor/trainer and supervisor to staff providers, Med Clinic Program Director acts as a resource to the Agency providing guidance in best practices, troubleshooting of medical services and operations issues in priority of urgency and according to agency policy. The Med Clinic Program Director will provide clinical and medical opinions to the Clinical Director, Executive Director, and Board of Directors as requested. As a licensed physician, the Med Clinic Program Director will also provide direct client services according to needs of the agency and consistent with standards of practice and established productivity expectations. As experience in using and navigating electronic medical records.
Licensed Medical provider (DO, MD, NP) in Oklahoma with current DEA Number in good standing, (with history of training and experience in psychiatry, or prescribing psychiatric medications preferred). Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years Supervisory/administrative experience in health care setting(s). Demonstrated commitment to providing services to medically underserved persons. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
