Outreach/Discharge Coordinator (Urgent Recovery Center) (22-023)
Benefits include: 3% annual merit increase potential with up to 4% annual bonus, 4% 403B employer contribution, Medical Plans, Dental Plan, Vision Plan, Life and AD&D Plans, Disability Plans, Pet Insurance Plan, and Generous vacation and sick time. Bachelor’s degree in the field of social or human sciences from a recognized university. Minimum of one year work experience in the mental health field or related social service field. Certified Case Manager II or ability to obtain upon hire preferred. Requires willingness and ability to work irregular hours as needed to ensure quality standards are met in service delivery.
