Program Director (Urgent Recovery Center) (22-020)
Benefits include: 3% annual merit increase potential with up to 4% annual bonus, 4% 403B employer contribution, Medical Plans, Dental Plan, Vision Plan, Life and AD&D Plans, Disability Plans, Pet Insurance Plan, and Generous vacation and sick time. LPC, LCSW, LBP, or BSN with five years of related experience required and two years in a supervisory role preferred. Prefer experience working with families and children in a behavioral health setting. Requires the willingness and ability to work irregular hours as needed to ensure quality standards are met in service delivery. Familiarity with CARF standards preferred.
