Recovery Support Specialist Requisition Number: 22-013:  . Benefits include: 3% annual merit increase potential with up to 4% annual bonus, 4% 403B employer contribution, Medical Plans, Dental Plan, Vision Plan, Life and AD&D Plans, Disability Plans, Pet Insurance Plan, and Generous vacation and sick time. The role of the Recovery Support Specialist requires PRSS certification or ability to obtain certification. This position will be responsible for initiating engagement with clients following discharge from inpatient care. RSS will work closely with Intensive Engagement Case Manager and will carry a small caseload of clients. Position will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as scheduling treatment plans, completing discharges, and maintaining reports.
