Training Specialist (21-044)   We are expanding our team! Counseling & Recovery services of Oklahoma is looking for a Training Specialist to join our Sanctuary certified agency. Bachelor’s degree in social services, education, or related field. Master’s Degree and licensure a plus. Experience in training medical and mental health content with an understanding of clinical workflows. Two years’ experience as a trainer or related position and working in a mental health or medical clinic. Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software. Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms in a related field.

The Training Specialist position will be responsible for conducting current training for CCBHC programs, CARF, DHS, ODMHSAS, Sanctuary or other certifying or licensing entities. Develop curriculum to expand offerings to the training department, including the development of educational material requirements for each project. The Training Specialist will need experience with various training methods, including supervision, coaching, mentorship type programs and the ability to design engaging ways to train staff. Maintain a databased of all training materials in SharePoint and/or Teams. Instruct initial onboard and scheduled employee training.
