Cari Bontrager

Hi everyone! I found Counseling & Recovery Services through Tulsa Young Professionals (TyPros), and served as an intern for a year before I officially became a board member in January 2016. Additionally, I’m a member of the Women’s Leadership Council, and donate my time to mentoring in the Women in Recovery program. I believe mental health care is one of the most unmet needs in today’s society. I’m honored to be a part of organizations that are working to fill that need in Tulsa.

I was born and raised in southern California, but relocated to Oklahoma in 2005 to finish my college degree. Yes, it was a culture shock! In May 2010, I graduated from Missouri Southern State University with a degree in Health Promotion and Wellness.

My husband, Drew, and I were married in June 2012 and currently live in Collinsville. We are very involved with our church,Victory Christian, and love playing golf, tennis, and hanging out with our dog, Lily. We are also avid cruisers and just got back from a cruise to Alaska. Highly recommend!

Currently, I work at Arvest Bank in Downtown Tulsa. I’m the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Sales. I’ve been employed with the bank since 2012, and recommend any person with banking needs to check out Arvest!
