To better serve clients and the community, a new Client Intake and Engagement Services Department is being created to help children and adults as they start services here, Andre said. “Ultimately, the changes being made will help create a clear vision of where we need to go to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and create clear outcomes we can show to the community. It also will create a sense of purpose and meaning for staff because they will see the outcomes for their hard work,” Andre said.
