Research found people who give are happier, live longer, have lower blood pressure, less depression and stress, and experience increased self-esteem.

Apparently, when we give, our brain releases “feel good” chemicals. Giving provides us a sense of belonging and helps us find inner peace.

Giving also helps us become more thankful for what we have.

We are thankful to all of you, our 35 holiday donors who made Christmas possible for 65 children and adults. You gave gifts and donated nearly $5,000 to fill all our clients’ holiday needs.
